I have worked in the healthcare industry for a decade and this has been the worst vendor credentialing service I have ever had to deal with. They are difficult to work with and have unrealistic requirements. Please explain to me why a TB test must be performed within 90 days of opening an account with them. I had a TB test performed in June, but did not open an account with them until October and therefore it was denied…. this has not ever been an issue with any other credentialing service. Please explain to me WHY a 90 day window is a must when a yearly TB is accepted by every other vendor credentialing company.
I joined a teleconference in order to receive 1 hour of CE, however I was told it doesn't count since I did not use my email. The two confirmation emails i received had two joining options one which was by telephone! So be extremely careful if u deal with them when getting your CE because I was NOT told that my hour would not count if I joined through the phone and I ended up wasting over an hour of my day after I had already had issues with my internet which is why I ended up joining through the phone! I would not recommend dealing with this company through the internet, phone or anything except face to face with a recording device and paper signatures to back up what you experienced because you will have problems if you don't!
The person who was responsible for my paperwork, guided me wrong, after working 1 day for them, they contacted me and told me I needed to spend an additional $250 on NRP which I had already spent $250 on it, but apparently being from the wrong source they also told me they don’t reimburse for their mistakes - I never went back
They do not pay their P.O.s without us constantly harassing them for payment. Do not do business with Health Trust PG. Simply, the worst we have EVER dealt with. For now on, we only accept credit card from HCA Health Care.

Good group of people working at this office -- watch out for parking though, I think the building is at capacity and there are rarely spots available after 9am.
This business is in a brand new building. Everything here is very nice and modern. The lobby will be a really neat place once the stores open.
