I love this place I always find something cute, unique or just fun.
A cashier didn't let me purchase my items while I was next in line and just began to put my stuff back without my permission and refused to ring me up saying the register was closed even though she had already started scanning my stuff just didn't want to finish. Then threatened me by saying if I didn't leave she would call the cops. On top of that added ,not to ever come again when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was just trying to purchase my stuff like everybody else. I can't believe the way this associate treated me . I work in retail and have never refused to ring people up. It's my job and we're actually all about good customer service. We like to make customers happy. What a horrible place if they treat others like this. It didn't hurt for her to ring me up , she just wants to feel powerful or something to tell me no. So unprofessional. I don’t recommend you visit this place, instead go to any other thrift store to prevent this kind of disrespect. The audacity of this lady acting like she owns the place and kicking me out for no reason.
Over and over again I find great things at great prices at Haltom Thrift. I buy for grandkids, great grandkids, take my kids, purchase stuff for two non-profits and occasionally fine something for myself or to resell. Thank you Marie for keeping things organized and well priced. It's always fun to come. It's part of my retirement fun.

When I came in Fernanda was the first to help me. She welcomed me and greeted me. I felt amazing! She did an amazing job and for that I will for sure come again. Definitely recommended!

The place is pretty calm and nice. Had some good assistance from Jackie. Gave me details about the sales and upcoming events for Halloween. Such a nice lady. Worth coming back again.
