I contacted FC Hub multiple times regarding a heating oil delivery during snowy weather. I spoke with Andrew, who told me he saw oil scheduled for my address and forwarded me to Bill’s voicemail. Bill never returned my call. I called the company seven times and received no follow-up and no delivery. When you are dealing with heating oil in winter, communication is critical. Even a simple call back would have been professional. Because of the lack of response, I had to seek oil elsewhere. I hope management improves their customer service and communication

Absolutely wonderful company and service! My 89 year old dad had a furnace issue last week and they were there the same day. It is always easy to reach them in person by phone which is so hard nowadays. Cannot thank and praise them enough!
We have been using this family-run company for longer then I can remember…at least 3 decades. The fuel price is fair, and management, sales, admin, and accounting staff are approachable and reasonable. However, Haab's service team is SPECTACULAR! They get 5 stars from me….
I can’t say enough good things about Marty and Frank at F.C. Haab. Very prompt and reliable service!!!! My mom is 81 and lives by herself. Her furnace stopped working on a weekend with temps in the upper 20s, and within 45 minutes of calling Marty at FC Haab, Frank was there to get her furnace back on and providing the heat she needed. I am so relieved. Keep up the good work, Marty and Frank!!!
