I don't know about the company as a whole, but what I can tell you is that you should definitely work with this company so you can work with Traci Suggs. She not only was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, very responsive...but she knew this was my first home buying experience and she treated me as such. On multiple occasions she took time out of her day to pretty much "hold my hand" as she walked me through the process, different options, and detailed explanations of all aspects of the coverage. I will definitely be using Tracy for my insurance needs again. As of 9/9/25. I would like to add that Brenda is amazing as well and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond for you.

Traci Suggs saved me over $1,200 a year and was incredibly supportive while I was going through the home buying/home insurance process. I can't speak highly enough of Traci. After getting the robot run around from the big brands I reached out to for quotes (which ended up being twice as much as the very good coverage Traci found for me), it was so nice to have a knowledgeable, friendly person answer the phone.
