Waste of time to even get a quote. Told the guy that came out what our budget was and he still proceeded to quote us an outrageous price. Not to mention was an hour late to our quote meeting. Told him that's way out of our budget and didn't care at all to work with us or anything. Customer service = very poor. UPDATE in response to owner: 1. I have our message on Facebook that shows you booked the time 3pm with me. Never once telling me it would be between 3-4pm. Which he didn't show up till after 4pm. You also didn't mention it wouldn't be you showing up. It was someone else from the company. You spoke to me on your personal Facebook profile and then someone else showed up. Was very confused and could be scary for someone not expecting that. 2. I acknowledged he was stuck in traffic, not that he would be an hour late. 3. He came out on April 14th and I did not receive a quote (over the phone) until April 18th. Which I also have those messages on my phone. That's well over 48 hours... 4. Yes, inflation is bad right now. Which is exactly why people have budgets when purchasing things! I spoke to him about this and it seems like that wasn't even acknowledged, only caring about your side of things. 5. I indeed did NOT hang up on him. He told me the price, and I responded saying, "well that is way out of our budget, so we will not be moving forward" and all he said was, "okay, sounds good". Not sure where a conversation goes from there, so the call ended and I hung up. 6. I feel it is in the best interest of others out there to be aware of my experience, because it seems as though you all didn't listen to my needs or even care to work with me and look at other options to fit my budget. It's obvious you are only there to take the word of your employee and AGAIN not listen to a customer. I wish your company the best of luck, but I will in no way recommend you to anyone and will write a review to show that.
Office staff was friendly and Steve helped calm my fears of picking the right contractor to do our remodel. It turned out beautiful! We would strongly recommend choosing Green Nation. We are customers for life. Thanks Steve.
Excellent company. Steve and Mina are amazing. They do such great work. My backyard looks amazing. Love my patio. I def will use them again.
