If I could give a negative star, I certainly would! I tried using this freight company to pick up 2 separate loads, on in TX and on in SC. We thought we found a great company to deliver for us, but we were so wrong! After assigning them on Central Dispatch, I was then told that my TX load was going to be renegotiated. I argued the fact that all the specs were provided and if we had to renegotiate, fine, but it will be less a machine that they were scheduled to pick up. I left messages, texts and no response. I even messaged the boss (owner) for some answers and nothing. I have been ghosted!! I have since cancelled that assignment and will NEVER use this company again!! Minus 5stars in my book. Not a good way to do business!
booked a load with this broker from Nj to Fl 2 picks 1st pick 7 pallets 2nd pick 1 pallet, on the first pick they put 8 pallets on the truck when informed the broker he wanted us to take it for free and told us was not going to pay for it. we declined and then he informed us that it will be adjusted in the second location which we know that's a transfer load. and he wasn't going to pay for it. we declined and told him to off load. he was force to call the shipper to adjust the load on 7 pallets like we agreed we picked up both loads and delivered them on time. since we didn't want to take the free pallet he started threating us about reductions. he asked for the pod saying we had 1 hour or he was gonna deduct $200 we sent it in 10 minutes. he then asked us to send the pod alone because he couldn't show his customer the confirmation. most likely he was DOUBLE BROKERING the load or paying a partial rate when he was hired for a full truck load. since we declined the second request he wanted to deduct $200 and put reviews on about our company. this is the type of broker you stay away from as they think their ego is above everything. we started a case with the FMCSA against this broker and will be doing all the necessary reports in order to make sure this doesn't go unnoticed
