I paid for 1 chair that had a discount, I went for a bigger truck to take it home, it was only 4 hours late, the chair had been taken!!!!!!!! When I asked, the employees told me that they didn't know, should I tell them where I left it? that there had never been any chairs there, I gave them the ticket and they told me that it said general merchandise and that I was trying to rob them, they took the ticket from me and "the manager" told me to come back the next day to look for the general manager if I had any questions. complaint, they stole the chair, I returned the next day and the manager never showed me his face, they robbed me, they made fun of me and the manager was protecting you. IT'S A bad place.
Very large well organised store. I liked the display area at the window. Talking to other customers I realised there were no fittings rooms, this made me second guess everything I had chosen. I realise & understand the problems the store faces but I was disappointed. Choose easy items I knew fit. I’m not in a position to return items & avail of a credit note. I’m happy with my finds & would recommend this store if you’re in the area.
Absolutely love the selection at this goodwill. Whenever I need something for an occasion I always have luck finding something. Docked a star for experiencing, more than once, poor floor staff interactions. One employee in particular, (Theresa maybe?) who is always seen working the fitting rooms is very unpleasant and rude. Every interaction I’ve had with her, and have seen with her and another customer, has been snappy and mean. I’ve watched countless customers walk out of the changing room with the employee running and shouting at them to see if they’re done so she can lock the door making sure nobody else goes in with more than a strict 3 items. When the customer replies that they are indeed done, they ask where to put unwanted clothing. The employee snaps at them and tells them, “Nowhere.” Leaving the customer to walk off confused and looking around at other customers to see if they share bewilderment from the scene that just played out. If you even walk up to this changing room attendant with more than three items she will cuss you out and tell you to come back when you have less items you’d like to try on. She makes me not want to use the fitting rooms resulting in leaving empty handed.

this is the worst goodwill i’ve ever come across which says a lot because i’m a frequent thrifter. the prices are absolutely outrageous and sometimes are more then you’d spend on a brand new item. the manager eli treats the employees terrible and honestly unsure how she still has a job here.
Nice selection but higher prices
I asked the girl working the counter if she would watch my shopping cart because I wanted to look around downstairs. She said no problem and even put a note on the cart for me just to be safe. When I returned I was shocked to see my cart was gone with the items I was going to purchase! When I talked with the same worker about it she had no idea what happened to the cart or my stuff. I just don't know how this could happen in such a short time frame. Also I am super bummed I lost out on the treasures I found that day because they were very unique one of a kind items that were going to be gifts. My hope is management can come up with a better system of looking after customers items so this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. ☹️
I love this store. I shop here at least twice a week for both business and pleasure, and as long as they're here, I'll keep coming back. However, just to give a little constructive criticism, maybe don't act like everyone's going to turn into a pumpkin if you guys aren't in your cars going home by 9:05. Tonight I came in to do an exchange, was in line by 11 minutes before closing, and when it was my turn at the register, the cashier thought it was appropriate to basically publically shame me for returning something "right at closing." Again, I was returning one thing and buying another; a simple exchange, and a transaction that took barely over 3 minutes to complete. This wasn't a "hey, just a heads up," kind of thing. She said it loud and clear enough for everyone in line behind me to hear, and after I APOLOGIZED, continued to repeat herself as if I was completely daft. I get it, you think if you embarrass me enough that I won't be a bad customer ever again. But honestly, I am a human being, not a dog, and with the amount of money I spend there on a weekly basis, I would think if get just a little more human respect than this. Believe me, I understand that y'all wanna go home. I've done that rodeo hundreds of times myself. But trust me, shaming your loyal customers isn't going to get you out faster. It's just going to make someone bump you down a star on Google reviews.
Seriously! one of the all time best thrift shops around. There is literally something for EVERYONE! Also the clerk who was helping us checkout was kind and friendly. The downstairs is a little dingy and overwhelming but a treasure trove nonetheless. I found a gorgeous silver tray, and a plant holder. My friend was stoked to find a new shirt, some Nike shoes, and a little tiny teapot!
This is the creme de la creme of Goodwills. Two floors, tons of clothes, costumes, and furniture.
