Was given a date, time and location for pickup 2 days in a row now. Was told that it would be dropped off between 3-3:30 and after sitting there until 4 I decided to call them to figure out what was going on. Was told driver was rerouted an hour and a half away and wouldn’t be able to make my drop off until tomorrow, again. Can’t even show their customer the respect to call them and notify them they can’t make their delivery at the agreed time and will have you sitting their waiting for nobody to show up. Glad I’ve taken the last 2 days off work for nothing. Take your money elsewhere for better luck.

Absolutely horrible service. Would give 0 stars if I could. My pickup was scheduled for yesterday and never got a response. They ended up postponing it to today and now they want to postpone it AGAIN to tomorrow. They have been faced with multiple delays on the road but they don't even have the decency to call and let me know. I have always been the one to call and ask for information, never the other way around. Had I waited for them to call, I would still be waiting, more than 24 hours after the designated pickup. Terrible costumer service. It has been impossible to communicate with them as they don’t fully understand English. I tried calling multiple times to get information and the person on the phone would not understand what I was saying. One time, they even hang up on me after asking a question about personal items inside the car. A company that is so heavily based on costumer service, working inside an English speaking country should make sure that their employees are able to provide service in English. I, myself, I’m a foreigner and I understand the struggles of working using my non-native tongue but a company working in this country should at least make sure that their costumer service employees are able to provide good service in English. I’m just absolutely disappointed in the service. No words, no comments, no stars. Do not use them.

Do not trust this company. The driver stole two of my cars and is holding all of my belongings hostage unless I’m willing to pay him five times he agreed upon amount to transport my vehicles. The driver has lied to police lied to local government and is forcing me to take this matter all the way to state court in order to retrieve my items all because he doesn’t know how to write a contract or properly negotiate before picking up a load. To be clear this company does not have the correct insurance to transport vehicles. And if they do, they won’t write you a contract or a bill of lading and then will try to hold all of your belongings hostage until they get 4 to 5 times the agreed-upon amount. Do not trust this company.

The professionalism of the delivery driver , Tony, was top notch. Knowing it was transported in an enclosed trailer provided peace of mind.

I recently had my car shipped from Iowa to Arizona. I was so impressed by the service that our assigned driver provided that I wanted to make sure that I wrote a review. Our driver "Frank" did a wonderful job of informing us of his arrival to pickup and to deliver. I appreciated that he returned my calls when I had questions and went over and above to let me know his arrival times at both ends. I especially was grateful that if he had any kind of change or delay that he let me know as soon as possible. He made the whole process much more seamless than I would have thought. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who is lucky enough to get him as a driver.

I tried to ship my car with Reliable and they were anything but reliable. After a week I gave up and went with Go 2. 2 days later my car was scheduled for pick up and halfway across the country less than 5 days. I would definitely ship with them again. Their price also crushed the competition.

Greats company to deal with. But the driver is what made the whole experience great. Charles gets big ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s for his roles in keeping my posted on my delivery. When I have another vehicle to ship either to or from Willman’s Prestige Automotive I will definitely use go2transport and ask for Charles to move my vehicles.
