I am very pleased with Global Auto Transportation. They were to get my Mercedes from Minneapolis to Nashville after another carrier had me waiting 2 weeks and still had not gotten my car!! This company picked it up within a few days and it arrived on time. Very pleased with their service, customer satisfaction guaranteed!
Man, I was sweating it at first, but these guys made it easy. My car got to Minnesota with zero issues, and the driver even called me an hour before delivery. That’s what I call service!
Sincerely, I had expected delays, but they caught me off guard. There were no price surprises, and the car transport timeline they provided was accurate. The driver was courteous and even alerted me before coming. Everything is smooth.
I've never had such a smooth auto transport experience. From the moment I called Auto Transport in Minneapolis, I knew I was in good hands. They were transparent with their pricing, gave me a detailed timeline, and actually stuck to it. My car arrived on time, in perfect condition, and the driver was incredibly polite.
Global Auto transport is just another broker. They are the middle man for trucking and shipping companies. Like other brokers they get the "best" price by going with the lowest bidder truck company. Someone reading this was probably in the same scenario as me. You put your details on a website for brokers to reach out to, then you get a whole bunch of texts, emails, phone calls for the next few weeks on so called deals and cheap delivery quotes. GAT reached out to me and I wanted to do their "hot shot" shipment. They said to call another number. I called them through their online number as stated and was told a pick up date was available and drop of date should be on time. They were late on both dates stated and I still had to pay extra for their so called hotshot shipment. Though they probably downgraded me because they said they had an issue. The delivers driver also damaged the door handle on my audi s5, it seems like he hit the driver's door on the trailers railing. they also parked my car right behind the semi which caused a huge rock chip on my car upon delivery date. Tried reaching out with no response. They also require you to do a down-payment before anything is even lined up and before delivery, very suspicious. You pay when its delivered. Not while its on its way. If you're still looking for a shipping company. Contact the company directly. Do not go through brokers unless they're actually reputable. would call up a car dealership and ask them what shipping company they use. You will have a more reliable shipping company transport your expensive vehicle.
I just wanted to say that I had an excellent experience doing business with these guys. I was a bit skeptical at first since this is my first time shipping a vehicle long distance. However these guys made the experience seemless & performed even better than expected. Thank you Helen for all your help. I will definitely use these guys in the future if need be & recommend you do the same

The customer service was outstanding—everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to accommodate my specific needs, and my car arrived without a scratch.
