ErmaGAD. June is always such a fantastic month to walk into Georgetown Brewing Co. Incredible offerings this month include Oh 69! A fantastic hazy IPA in honor of pride month and also Lavender Menace -- a variation on their "Crystal Kolsch" (I'm told it's a Kolsch brewed in honor of Crystal) with Butterfly Pea vines for the color and a sweetening lavender. Tastings are always offered and helpful for making decisions about growlers to take home. Oh 69! And Lavender Menace won my taste buds...so taking them to choir practice to share the love. Happy Pride! 🏳️🌈
Fabulous beer, outstanding staff & experience. Excellent place to meet friends for a beer. Indoor & outdoor seating. Great to chat with the staff about their latest brews. The outdoor space is extremely welcoming on a nice sunny afternoon. It was a very festive holiday atmosphere today. Decorations and great music!
I bought a 6 pack of meowsa for the wife and I. Very good beer. I am not going to use a bunch of fancy words to describe it, but it was very tasty. I recommend trying it. Yumm😁
Definitely a must-stop when brewery hopping Seattle! The brewery is out of the way, so definitely stays less crowded than others at times, but is worth the stop. The vibe is chill and relaxed...staff is always very laid back and friendly. Usually a great variety of beers on tap, both the typical rotation and seasonal/single-batch options that are worth a try. Great place to get beer or merch to-go as well. Ample areas to stand or sit, plus outdoor seating for sunny days. I also have to commend the restroom situation (weird, right?) but totally worth noting! Rather than having any gender indication, there are simple 2 doors with a photo of a sit-down toilet, and a door with a photo of urinals, so you can use whichever you prefer! Sinks are located commonly outside the toilets.
They have a lot of draft beers 🍻 We had one of the IPA seasonal one for only $12/huge bottle. It’s a nice place for a casual gathering with lots of seatings and they also have board games for kids
Home of Bodhizafa! Great dog friendly patio, tons of space with some indoor/outdoor tables. Lots of parking available for free. Love all their beers, average price $5-6/pint I would say. Masks are required here, they will provide you with one if you don't bring one. This requirement is as of 8/15 the last time I visited. Cool merch, would come again
Nice small brewery in Seattle! They will have a tasting room open in a couple weeks for people to enjoy the full variety of beer available. They have a big influence by the movie "point break". Nice alternative to their big neighbor.
Great beer flights. Super nice staff, I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience with a single staff ever. We got the coffee and mannys growler. Highly recommend! I like the location, ample parking.
Always a consistently great experience here! Some of the best beer in Seattle area for sure, and a great place to either hang out for a pint, or pick up some growlers to go. Just be aware which way the wind is blowing if you plan to sit outside, as they are right next to a transfer station. It can get a bit ripe on warm summer days haha
They are selling limited edition cans of Many's pale ale to benefit our restraunt/bar workers who are being hit hard in Seattle be the Covid-19. I've lived in Georgtown for 15 years and can say that Roger and Many are doing the Georgtown name proud! Thanks @georgetownbrewing!
