Watchout when booking loads, I just wasted an hour, done the carrier packet for them to tell me that their compliance denied us. At 5pm. And carrier packet shows all good btw.

As owner of I Q LOGISTICS LLC, I have had to pleasure and benefit of working with Freightvana over the past 2 years. Throughout that period, i have mainly worked with Paushman as my main point of contact/ broker. He has kept my trucks moving with daily freight at competitive rates, which has helped keep my business on the positive side of the coin Through s very hard time in logistics. Overall, they are professional and respectful. I recommend aligning your trucking needs with theirs
‼️If I could I have given them - 5 stars. Don’t book loads with this broker coz they paying you - after you don’t know when! Our invoice was emailed to their accounting department on Jan. 13st, 2025! Today is March 21st and I finally could find out someone from accounting to ask about the payment status! They don’t reply back to the emails and to pick the phone number don’t think about it! Of course they lie that the payment takes time to be scheduled on TriumphPay, etc!! So can you believe it! After more than 2 month? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BROKER!
Very good, I recommend it 100%. They solve problems quickly. Sam is the best. He's a very good person, he understands your situation and adapts to you. So, tell him what you want and he'll do it. The people who work at night are excellent.

We've worked with over a hundred different brokers over the past several years. And every carrier knows there's only about 10% of them that you want to partner with long-term. FreightVana is definitely one of them! They are organized and really support their carrier partners. I work specifically with Chandler Ticknor, we've been able to dial in the business and when an issue has come up, he's always stepped in and addressed it immediately. He really has our back and in turn, we have his.
Great experience at this Broker What stood out the most was their punctuality and how fast everything was handled—something that really matters these days. I especially want to mention Esteban Marín, who was incredibly attentive and professional throughout. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service. I’ll definitely be coming back—it’s refreshing to find places where people still work with dedication and a positive attitude
