I am Medically Exempt from wearing a mask. I have legitimate health reasons that prevent my ability to wear one. I also have medical documentation and a letter from my physician of 20 years stating this. I was refused entrance to the store in Downtown Ft. Worth, TX despite my telling the clerk this. This is in violation of the Disability Act. I am seeking legal assistance as you're the first store to deny my access. I will also be happy to share my very uncomfortable situation with your store and clerk to the public via Social Media.
Was walking downtown with my husband for Mother's Day. We passed Francesca's and I decided to see what jewelry they had. Tried to open the door and it was locked. Looked at my watch and it was 12:04. Sign on the door said they opened at 12 on Sundays. My husband looks through the door and saw a girl behind the counter, she makes eye contact with him, does nothing. I stand outside and wait, it's now 1210. She unlocks the door and walks away. She didn't even bother to open it and say hello...completely rude. Even when I left, she didn't say a word. No excuse for the rudeness, she wasn't busy and I was the only customer.
This is my favorite store to shop in. First, the management and staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful. I have gone in there numerous times looking for something to wear either that night or for a weekend event and I am always able to find the perfect outfit. This store is so well organized and has the cutest clothes. Highly recommend!!
I finally found some time in my schedule to make it to this store to do a return. CANICA or whatever the older white ladys name is, was working. She made eye contact with me and didn’t welcome me in and just stared at me as I walked to the counter even though I smiled at her. I let her know I needed to make a return and she didn’t even say anything, just stared at me. I pulled out my item and she raised her eyebrows, huffed, and said I was 3 days too late to return the unused necklace. I told her that it was fine and I grabbed my necklace and left. There is no printed return info on the receipt that would have had this info readily available without info. Regardless, I didn’t care to fight in whether I could return it or not, I wouldn’t have made a big deal, it was just the fact of the uncalled for rudeness for no reason!
I entered the store at 7:40 after dinner and instead of welcoming me in I was told abruptly that she is closing in 20 min. No how can o help you etc? I own boutiques and I would fire any employee who acted this and still purchased an item. Rude rude rude. You welcome people in and don't treat clients in this manner. I am a good client but will spend my money elsewhere in a place that appreciates my business.

I'm not sure I would have shopped here had I read the reviews beforehand. Thankfully, I didn't have a bad experience. It was pleasant, actually. Even my return was fine, although I had the sense they don't like returns given that the return policy isn't printed on the receipt. Instead, it directs you to the website. Retailers need to remember how to graciously accept returns. We as customers remember how we're treated both during and after the sale. If the store reads this review, listen to what we are saying in these threads. Your reviews should be consistent, not high, and then low. That's a sign that you have a problem that needs addressing. For such a small and lovely store, you should be yielding 5 out of 5 reviews from each and every customer.
So impressed by the selection and prices at Francesca's, you can literally get the hottest trends at affordable prices with a boutique experience 👌 clothing and accessories are in-season. Although the dresses can be somewhat small, they do offer a variety of styles like sweaters and pants as well. Some of the items I find maybe for a younger crowd but the accessories are very fun. So pretty, stop by and look!
Sundance Square has some great small shops, and you can find some deals. I found me a great hat 👒 to sport my Winter Wear! My granddaughter and I will return to this shop. Great buys!
