Outstanding service from Leslie Alanis at the store located at 1604 South University Dr., Fort Worth, TX I recently visited the Faherty store on a weeknight shortly before closing time and had a fantastic experience, thanks to, Leslie. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Leslie was very knowledgeable about the products and new what she had in stock and what she didn’t even what was in the back room that she could still bring out and show me, which I appreciated. Specifically, she helped me find the perfect pair of shorts and matching hoodie. She was patient while I tried on several items and offered helpful pairing advice without rushing me due to the time of night. The level of personalized attention made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I was visiting town on business from Iowa and wasn’t going to be returning to my hotel for several hours and because I couldn’t carry my new purchases while we went out on the town I half jokingly asked Leslie if she would drop my purchases off at my hotel on her way home which, without hesitation she kindly said she would. I was shocked, I even tried to tip her for her time to which she politely refused. Thanks to Leslie Alanis, I am now a happy Faherty customer and will definitely be returning next time I’m in town. Highly recommended store and very highly recommended store leader Leslie Alanis!
