The dispatch desk is AMAZE BALLS, very respectful and engaging when I’m coming to pick up my order! I have zero issues they are never out of any car part I need the man with the braids and the man with the New York hat very sweet individuals.
Terrible! I ordered a part for my car several weeks ago, and I never received it when I reached out to the company The customer service rep Bruce said he couldn't do anything about it that I need to take it up with Fedex, which I have tried with no luck. Paid $150 for a part i never got !
Please follow this road (purple arrow) to the back side of facility for proper check in from S/R. Got loaded fairly quickly. Super spacious. Clean.
