We worked with Kyle, before picking this load we told him that we do not send invoices in 72 hours before picking up this load and he said that’s fine no problem. However when we actually send the invoice they deducted 6.75% which was $25 off of a short run where we barely made money. Don’t fall for their tricks, they don’t stand up to their commitments. They sit in a tiny house and try to steal money from hard working trucking companies. We have been doing this since Oct 2017, No broker has done this to us until now.

I worked with Tristan Adams on a load. He was very efficient and helped me out on a very hot load. Super professional and would work with on every load if I had the chance. Dispatchers like this are what make the industry go around. 10/10 would recommend.
They will find any reason to take money off the agreed upon amount. I had two loads for them back in March. I picked up and delivered both loads on time, but they refused to pay the agreed upon amount because the shippers only had me sign their copy of the BOL. I am so tired of greedy, lying, scamming brokers who couldn't care less that THEY are the reason the industry sucks today. 6 months and I am done!
This company does fraud steer clear! Stole $25 because there shipper provided a bol without the carrier name they received signed rate confirmation and signed bill of lading same day and then stole $25
Truckers beware! Do not go to this company! They will leave you stranded!I was just there three days agoAnd I decided to change my mind because I found something better so the recruiter got on the phone curse me out call me all kind of derogatory names and he left me stranded 45 Mi away from my bed thank God I know how to catch the bus and trains in Chicago Illinois
