Executive Speaking

I attended an Executive Speaking bootcamp and gained a better understanding of my natural tendencies, practical tips and methods to calm myself, and a consistent process for structuring a talk for maximal impact. Jonathan was a great coach and modeled all the behaviors and tools that he walked us through over the class. It was time well-spent.

Had a great experience working with Jonathan in the executive speaking boot camp. Additionally with one-on-one coaching to prepare me for a best man speech in front of a large audience. Would highly recommend Executive Speaking to anyone. I was introduced to it through others in my firm who shared in my experience.

I would highly recommend this program for both experienced and new speakers. I've attended other speaking classes but this program really stands out because you walk away with actual tools that can help you craft effective presentations. Our communications coach, Jonathan Monson was very effective while still making us all feel at ease with his teaching style.

This was an outstanding program and highly recommended for anyone who is looking to strengthen their presentation and communication skills. The 2 day course was very efficiently run and Jonathan was an outstanding instructor! He was very adaptive to the needs of the students and provided excellent feedback. The program offers an excellent combination of real time experience complemented by very practical reference tools and methods to use outside of the program. Highly recommend!!!

If you speak in groups of 10 or more, you should consider this training. I'm not new to speaking to groups and I learned a TON. In fact, I'd consider this one of the top training programs I've attended in the last 15 years of consistent and diligent development. I'm now able to put together new presentations in a fraction of the time that it used to take me and I'm able to modify an older talk much easier for a shorter or longer duration as the situation requires without having to guess. I also think this training would be very helpful for the novice speaker. The fact is that the training meets you where ever you are and takes you to the next level. No one is made to feel silly or uncomfortable and the learning environment is super supportive. Our group also had a great time getting to know each other and I still keep in contact with several of my new Executive Speaking friends. Can you tell that I like Executive Speaking, Inc.? I give them my highest recommendation without qualifications.

This year I participated in Executive Speaking, Inc's boot camp which was a great experience. Traveling the country doing various presentations and speeches, the boot camp provided me so many insights that I know I use them almost unconsciously. Our boot camp was led by Jonathan Monson who has this calm demeanor, clearly a great listener and communicator. He led us through the boot camp and answered every question with truly practical insights to overcome any issue. In addition to his coaching and training the Executive Speaking Inc's process of developing a strong keynote speech was invaluable.

I am a very reluctant public speaker but recognize the skill as needed in order to project credibility in my professional role. I participated in the Leadership Speaking Bootcamp earlier this year and found the experience extremely valuable. The class size was small allowing for the group to get comfortable with one another quickly. It was truly two days of practicing skills and learning techniques specifically designed to improve messaging and delivery when speaking in public. If you want to get better at speaking in public you have to try and I can earnestly recommend this program.

One of the best trainings I have attended. Jonathan is a gentle soul but constantly listening and practicing the methodologies. Speaking has it's own fears, and they do well in stepping you through a process to success. The system is simple, yet brilliant, and changed the way I approach presentations all around. It definitely helps me to hone in on my key message and use that as leverage throughout the presentation, making it a memorable message indeed. Highly recommended and worth the money!
