I saw the first review and thought I would help people understand a few things. Keep in mind.. The Energy Authority is not your local power / energy service provider. Maybe some may confuse them with JEA("Jacksonville Electric Authority") because of the Initials, but they are not. TEA is a firm owned by multiple municipal power companies like JEA, MEAG, Etc.. to assist in the sale and purchase of energy, gas etc. between other power providers in the USA in order to reduce the overall cost of providing electricity to your home. When you see a rebate from your local power company, there's a good chance that this was because TEA may have assisted your utility company provide a lower cost of energy which is then transmitted to your home and business. TEA saves you, "The Consumer of Energy" and the utility companies in the USA save money every day of every year. Additionally, they take great pride in what they do and their incentive program is based on how much more they can save power companies and get power transmitted reliably to the power companies for distribution to your house or business.
