This company (formerly Anthology, now operating as Encoura) is extremely disorganized and lacks accountability. I was provided faulty company equipment that consistently malfunctioned, yet I was repeatedly required to clock out due to issues caused by that equipment—not my internet service. My internet was stable prior to employment, and I even upgraded it after being hired to ensure compliance. Despite this, responsibility was continually shifted onto me instead of addressing the equipment failures. The termination and offboarding process was also poorly handled—I received an exit survey before I was officially notified of my termination, which felt unprofessional. Even after separation, IT tickets have continued to be created under my name without my authorization, raising serious concerns about internal controls and offboarding procedures. Overall, this company lacks structure, clear communication, and basic professionalism.
