Krissie and her team manages our Buckeye Lake property. Krissie has an upbeat and positive approach. Her and her team are quick to respond to any situations that may arise with our rental. She is very accommodating when we need maintenance and repairs. She works hard to be a full service provider.
I rented a home on Buckeye Lake from Elevate PMG Rentals and had a great experience with the management agency and the house we rented. The house was in excellent shape and was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities and with information for both the house and the Buckeye Lake area. We had a great time and appreciate the responsiveness of the agency and the high quality of the home we rented.
Krissie makes it possible for us to have an Air BnB...she is wonderful to work with, and always responsive. I recemmend highly!!
I’ve worked with Krissie and ElevateLuxe for over 3 years. She has stood by every commitment she made when I signed on: she cares for my home as if it were her own; she finds the people and solutions to fix problems that arise; she communicates in a timely way; she gives her all to making our house an attractive and spotlessly clean rental. What started as a little experiment for us has succeeded beyond our imagination, and that’s due to great property management. We get outreach from other companies that want us to sign with them but I don’t believe we’d ever get the benefits we’ve seen from working with a local person who has repeatedly shown her good business sense in action.
