We are extremely happy that El Sol Logistics was willing and able to transport an antique stone table to our client's West Texas Ranch. He spent the time to meet with us in person to get a game plan together and assure us that it could be done with no damage to the home - Adrian delivered! Both designer and client are thrilled!

Don't do it! Find another company! After several moves where El Sol moved the same very large, high-end table and 18 chairs (the same table was moved into several different spaces by them), on this last round... they moved the table, then charged me storage for it (when they said they wouldn't), and when the table finally arrived to it's final destination, guess what, all 18 chairs were gone. They KEPT the chairs. Every time they moved this table, they also moved the chairs, so what happened on this last round? They claimed there was no mention of moving the chairs. I asked Rene, when you saw there were 18 chairs that came with the table (again), why didn't you call me to check? Why didn't anyone call and say, Miss Stefania we see you have 18 chairs for us here with the table, do we move these again too? Why would they pick up all the chairs and then admit they distributed them among their staff because they thought they weren't part of the move? That's crazy. They thought they got $9,000.00 in free chairs? GREED. After several moves, of the same table and chairs, they hoped I had forgotten and kept the chairs for themselves. We have the video surveillance of them taking the chairs, and I'm currently in the process of filing a police report, and will be escalating this in the legal channels. If you care about your items, these guys will NOT have your back. They will steal, and hope you won't notice!

The El Sol team helped me on a third move - every interaction has been absolutely perfect in every way. I’m an interior designer in Houston and used El Sol to receive and deliver some furniture items to a client in Austin. Never in my 20+ years of business have I ever dealt with a more unprofessional company. My client had an ottoman delivered with a large stain on top of it and some broken leather strapping on a bed. When she asked them about sending it back and refusing delivery they said just keep it and contact the company. Well many months later I have gotten no one to follow up on fixing either of these issues. Also, when my client first scheduled the delivery they never showed up nor called to reschedule and there was no apology. We have tried emails, phone calls, messages on social media and have gotten no responses. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I had El Sol deliver items in February 2023 and they installed four-poster bed frame incorrectly that my husband and I had to completely reassemble. The fabric on the bedframe was torn, and an ottoman they also delivered had a large red mark on it. I informed them at time of install and repeatedly attempted calls and emails which they did not respond to and they never fixed my items that they delivered. If I could give them no stars I would.

I've used El Sol for both my own moves and for clients across Texas and cross-country. They are consistently professional, efficient, and careful with all belongings. The team is punctual, communicative, and ensures everything is packed/moved securely. Highly recommend.

We contacted El Sol to move a very expensive and heavy piece of medical equipment from our Cedar Park office to our South Austin location. They arrived on time and took extra precautions to move the machine safely. I would highly recommend their services!!
