Extremely dissatisfied parent who's forced to use this piece of crap software by our school district. Basic functions like resetting a password simply do not work. This company should be embarrassed and any engineer, designer, sales, or product person who's considering taking a job here should run the other direction.
This company is responsible for Parentvue, which is a really subpar app. Please read what actual parents think about it. Buggy, difficult to use, not intuitive, and missing many important features. It’s a nice idea, but it makes communication between schools and parents much more difficult than simple email. There is also no way to get help if it’s not working (which is frequently). Right now I really wish there was a way to stop it from sending me random notifications every couple minutes. All freaking day long....
I am a teacher who uses Synergy on a daily basis, and although it is not perfect, it has come a long way since I started using it, almost 8 years ago. It has much to be desired, but it works great for the really basic stuff, like the grade book.
sucks, sucks, sucks. Weirdly confusing, not user friendly nor intuitive. Asked for help. Can't get help. I will avoid using and recommend others find anything better.
Great people, can't wait for my adjustment.
