Engin was maybe the best service provider I've worked with in the context of my home construction. Various other contractors had told me permitting could take up to 9 months, Engin got it done in 2 weeks. Engin is AMAZING! Imagine a friend who tells you projects how it is instead of trying to make every business work. Engin wants to make sure that you have multiple options for whatever work that someone requests. For example I was trying to do the California Earthquake Brace and Bolt and he told me you could use me but it isn't needed because my crawl space was too short! Imagine that! I could pull the permit myself. I do have other structural projects coming up in the future and will be thinking of Engin for him to do that work for both the quality of knowledge and his character. I hired Engin Yagmur and his company ERC over six months ago and I am extremely happy with their very professional service. It's critically important that you can trust your structural engineer and get somebody in your home who knows what they are doing. I consulted with many engineers from referrals but it wasn't until I met Engin that I felt like I was dealing with a true professional who knew exactly what he was talking about. If you're looking for anything structural anything to do with foundation or the structure of your building/walls I would highly recommend using his company. Very quick turnaround on documents. Super easy to schedule site visits. And Engin has gone above and beyond to help with necessary correspondence needed for a complicated legal dispute That involves the structure of my building. His pricing is extremely fair and very competitive for others that I interviewed in the market.
