We purchased a new construction from this builder less than a year ago, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. In just ten months of ownership, we have dealt with a roof leak, basement flooding, recurring electrical issues, drainage problems, HVAC concerns, and several unfinished warranty items. While some repairs have been attempted, many issues remain unresolved, and in several cases we have had to repeatedly follow up for updates and documentation. The most frustrating part has been the builder's response to warranty requests. Rather than addressing certain construction-related concerns under the builder's warranty, the builder has relied on the "as is" clause in the sales contract to deny responsibility.
