Do not trust this company. They give you less than a 12 hour notice to move your vehicle. I travel for work. I left Feb 1. They left a noticed at my door Feb. 4th at 4:22 p.m (first and only notice) to have my car moved by Feb 5. I flew back in Feb 6. I had no access to my driveway. I had to rent a vehicle since nobody answered their phones all weekend. I had to get a rental car which they said they would reimburse. Then changed their minds and never received payment. I even told them, I never mind moving my vehicle but I need a weeks notice due to my work.

I have experienced this company more than once in my county and they have absolutely no clue how to properly maintain traffic. The latest incident being NO FLAGGERS what so ever to warn people that there was upcoming road construction just over a hill. Me and several others behind me almost wrecked because the only warning was a sign directly when construction was taking place. An 18 wheeler had to veer off onto the shoulder to avoid hitting the line of vehicles that had to quickly brake. This has happened on other occasions as well...no flaggers to direct traffic and near collisions just trying to figure it out ourselves.
I’m giving four stars because of Bibi ❤️ She is always willing to go above and beyond for this company. Bibi has professional customer service skills. Ask for Bibi if you want good customer service 👍🏼. Ánayi is rude.
The city is using this terrible company for repairs on the water lines on our street. They have knocked over and crushed our mailbox twice. I talked to some rude lady named Melissa ( pretty sure she's lying, heard her name or alias is Anayi. Who knows?) who answers the company phone at the to resolve the issue. Just like their workers and supervisors, just poor excuses from her as well. Melissa was extremely rude and kept talking over me. She eventually told me she had more important calls and hung up. We are now doing another complaint with the city about them. As far as their work goes, that is horrible. They are constantly breaking existing fiber optic lines, water lines and even breaking or going back to make repairs to the brand new lines , meters etc etc, that they just put it. They recently are going to be fined by the city for having to come out after hours and repair one of the shoddy main water lines ez bel just installed. They're leaving the street destroyed. They don't know how to repair streets either obviously. Over all, nowhere near professional and the work they do is horrible.
This is by far the worst company I’ve come across. They are very unprofessional and extremely rude. They have caused damage to my property on multiple occasions and have yet to take any responsibility for their actions. When I called the main office to file an incident report the lady who answered the phone hung up on me when I requested to speak with a supervisor. Unfortunately I will be making a complaint to the city against the company and her for not being professional and for the lack of communication. All I wanted was to voice my concerns to have someone be responsible for the damages but I couldn’t even get that. Hopefully this review actually gets looked into and we can make a mutual agreement on how to proceed with getting this resolved.
The employees from E-Z Bel are amazing to work with! We assist E-Z Bel with moving their equipment so we deal with multiple people. Smiley, Lisa, Chanel, Joe Hinojosa, Frank Mendoza, Daniel Sanchez, (and way too many others to mention by name), are just a few of the great people that make things happen at E-Z Bel. Sorry if I left anyone out!
E-Z Bel delivers quality work and cares about the community. Their team is professional and passionate about building both projects and opportunities. Highly recommend!
Isaias Lopez is such a nice person. He was in the midst of working and stopped to help another neighbor get her flag pole up. Everyone has been so nice during the construction and it hasn’t been an inconvenience getting in and out. Thank you so much!!!!
