Mr. Culik recently represented me in a real estate transaction case where a different attorney was going to purchase my property. The buyer was trying to get out of paying his contracted due diligence money. I was trying to get the money due to me myself for weeks unsuccessfully. Mr. Culik sent one well written letter and a follow up phone call and in a few quick days I had the money that was owed to me. I was 100% satisfied and recommend his services!

I would absolutely recommend Dye Culik, PC for all your business and franchise legal needs. I have used them for personal matters, as well as referring my own business clients to them. In every case, they have been incredible to work with.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone they take your money and leave you defenseless. An hour before court Joe calls to tell me he will not be attending court after I have paid his firm over 3k and nothing was done. He calls to ask for another retainer of $1,800 to attend court a hour before court. What attorney does that! No time was spent to collect any evidence to fight my case but made up hours that I have no record or proof of. No results whatsoever. But sends an invoice with hours spent emailing another attorney. This guy charged $900 in travel time from morehead to 4th st. All the fees were made up to come up with the sum total of $3,195 after I paid $1,800 which was told to pay for the case. 2 days before court had to pay another $1,395 for absolutely nothing. Instead of being honest and telling me he couldn’t help me so I can find another attorney that could they take your money and don’t show up to even try to defend your case.
Attorney Joe and his team have been most excellent to work with. From the moment I connected with the firm, I felt supported and heard and knew Joe would take appropriate actions to settle or "fight" as needed. They have made overwhelming and unpleasant legal challenges manageable and achievable. Joe and his team are responsive, honest, professional, and clear. They build strong connections and therefore have the necessary resources to involve other legal professionals should that be required (dependent on the nature of your legal case of course). I also value their detailed record keeping of work performed so you're certain about what activities your financial investment is providing. I highly recommend Joe and would offer more than 5 stars if possible. :-)
