Wonderful experience with the installation of my new mattress and adjustable base. This is the second time I have used DFT logistics and they are friendly, professional, fast, and reliable. Thank you!
I had DFT come out and fix our adjustable bed base. We have a king size adjustable bed and one side would not go up or down. JUSTIN fantastic. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it JUSTIN was on time & cleaned up any debris left on our floor. If you have problems with your adjustable base, not working properly, I would only ask for Justin. Finally, back to having a good night’s sleep!
Our technician, Rich who delivered and set up our Naturepedic mattress did a fabulous job. He was very polite and friendly. His expertise was evident in the way he set up the multiple components. This was outstanding customer service.
Our entire experience with DTF was friendly and professional. During the initial call, the operator was patient and understanding. Once the problem was defined, costs were explained thoroughly and we were pleasantly surprised to have a service tech scheduled that same day. When David did arrive (on time) he had the tools needed to do the job and he successfully finished within one hour. David was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step of the repair process. We will gladly refer DFT Logistics to friends and other family members.
Great customer service. Dan was great to work with getting a quote and scheduling the pickup and delivery. I was very happy with the pickup, delivery and setup from David and Pedro of a large 2 piece tool chest purchased from Harbor Freight. They paid attention to detail and took great care to make sure they did not scratch or damage anything. I would highly recommend.
Rich and his partner were great! Professional, focused, communicated well with each other in maneuvering to protect not only the items, but the walls as well. Both were courteous, wore masks (without being asked), which is very important right now. Rich clarified the use of the remote system, better so than had been before, which I really appreciated because I didn’t realize I actually knew very little. Rich also took time to clarify information about the install/setup they were doing, to make sure my preferences, which was not only thoughtful and thorough, but showed refreshing common sense. Great job guys!
Great service from Rich’s phone call to set up the time for delivery to showing up on time and taking care how they delivered the mattress and adjustable frame. Very courteous. We really appreciate the fact they were wearing mask and put booties over their shoes for cleanliness.
Nick and Robert did an excellent job moving the mattress and chair into our house. They were very careful and covered their shoes, made sure they did not damage anything. Very professional and efficient and very friendly.
My delivery’s experience was excellent. The two men were fast and very courteous. They made the switch out off two beds simple. I was kind of hovering over them but they didn’t seen to mind. They answered a few questions that I had and was very knowledgeable. Great job!
I was at my parents house when their bed got delivered. The 2 guys were very polite, and ver friendly. They moved my parents old bed in the guest room and set it up exactly the way my father wanted it. Set up the new bed, and didn’t leave till my father was happy with everything, and new how to use the remote control. The whole time the men were always very respectful, polite and friendly. You have 2 great workers. Thank you for taking care of my parents.
