So long overdue but I’ve been coming to Jody at Dermaspace for over a year on a monthly facial and I cannot live without this month. He is so meticulous and uses the best natural ingredients and it’s the perfect balance of extractions and hydration. He’s also so kind and so patient this place is a Seattle gem

I have been working with Christopher for about 5 months, and have noticed so many improvements in my skin! I came in address some pretty severe acne concerns, and Christopher has been the absolute model of compassionate care. He has gone above and beyond not just in treatments (I have been doing the Iderm + LED treatments every 3 weeks), but also in troubleshooting my daily skincare routine. I have almost no cystic acne now and what's there is so much less inflamed. I was using far too many actives and cutting back, adding in some new anti aging serums, and cutting back on my daily makeup has made a world of difference. I can't recommend Dermaspace and Christopher enough.

I wanted to give 5 stars but giving 3. I tried their foundational IDERM facial along with LED therapy. The first time I tried it, it was with Christopher and I had astounding results and the most beautiful, bright and glowy I have felt after a facial for an extended time ,close to two weeks. I had the facial in the evening and by night, my god I was glowing! I came with so many blackheads to the appointment, but Chris did such a wonderful job with the extractions. It was completely painless, and yet my nose was squeaky clean to the point of even my nose glowing. There was significant reduction with blackheads. I wanted to replicate this experience and save the second IDERM facial for a friend's wedding, however I had no noticeable results after the second same exact facial, that I had two months later; which I was so looking forward to. Infact, there was no difference at all before and after. Even my extractions were so painful and yet no noticeable difference in the reduction of blackheads on my nose. It would be good to know from dermaspace are the customers not to expect consistent results post the same facial? If so, the expectations should be set upfront before booking appointments so that the customers have the required knowledge. Or I am not sure if it was the change in the esthetician with the second facial or the esthetician's skill level that makes the difference? Then I would have gone the extra mile to book the same esthetician. Or was it simply a change in the intensity setting of the electric current used that made the difference which should be consistent as well to at least have the same results from last facial if not better. Not sure but severely disappointed with the results after second facial. I followed the same exact precautions after second facial that I did with my first facial. I became a fan of dermaspace foundational IDERM facials after my first facial and even brought my partner to do IDERM foundational facial after my amazing first experience but even he did not notice any difference before and after the facial, though followed all precautions as advised post facial. It is highly disappointing to know that you cannot expect consistent results with the facial and if not, the expectations should be set upfront before booking appointments or referring other people , since the people have the right to decide for themselves if they want to do the facial . It made me loose my face and my partners money since all he wanted was at least brighter skin for he was feeling dull but there was no difference. I was also under a false impression to get the same results since I had saved this facial for my friends wedding. So quite disappointed. If there was a way to replicate results and ensure consistency, this place is 5 star. Unfortunately a 3 for me for now. EDIT: Giving a discount on a service does not mean compromise on quality in any way!! Specially when you are working on somebody's face! Customers are not meant to be treated like guinea pigs to train new employees!! Discounts are not meant for that! And if you are planning on using them as a training ground for new employees, please let them know in advance so they can decide for themselves.

I was the worst experience I had in Facial. I went there as a treat to myself and was not satisfied at all. Its not that I was expecting a SPA like facial. I am aware of the fact that its not a spa like facial. I was served by KAILEY OLIN. What I am most disappointed is the overall management of steps. She was doing multiple clients at the same time. For the first time she put some serum and the stuff to open the pores. She asked me that it will last 15 minutes and she will come back. I was fed up as it was more than half hour and she never came back. Its not even good for skin to put this on for so long. It was all about putting something on face and she disappearing. It was not so pleasant feeling that all the serum melting on body and I had to lay down there with wet back. However she cleaned it after she came back. It was all about making most money in least time to incorporate as many clients as possible. I would have preferred some massage on face as well after all this light treatment. Even just for 1 min but just to relax the skin. I ended up going home with super dry face. I had to do a treatment by myself when i came back for restoring back the moisture. Even the music was too bad, not relaxing at all. Music should be relaxing as client have to wait like 20 to 30 min for each iteration. I really need my money back !!!! Its a shame to give such bad service as there was nothing much to do except putting some stuff and then go for half hour for the machine to work. I really liked her personality and i think she can do much more. But i was not the lucky one :)

I got an iderm facial from Christopher at Dermaspace and really enjoyed the experience! This was my first time getting a treatment like this, so he took the time to explain each step to me and check in regularly. He was kind and professional, and the space was clean, quiet and relaxing. Hoping to make a return trip soon and see my skin improve further.

I love Dermaspace. I have sensitive skin and facials often don't do good to me. Dermaspace treatments and service are top class and after one session, I'm coming back for more. My skin feels and looks great! Highly recommend

Was a client for months. Thought the service was great until…I lost my aunt recently and had to cancel my appointment because of that. When I tried rescheduling it appeared my account was restricted with no desire from DS to figure out why….When I reached out to share my concerns I was met why passive aggressiveness. Please see the screenshots below. Extremely disappointed. If you want to go somewhere you are valued and seen, especially as a Black Woman, don’t go here!!!
