The worst broker you can ever work with! Absolutely unprofessional! My driver spent the entire Thanksgiving at the shipper because of their fault. The broker just disappeared and didn't answer phone calls or emails all day. Spent 31 hours at the shipper to get our trailer back, then waited 2 weeks to receive $250 in compensation. Avoid them at all costs
Very unprofessional behavior. Especially Ashton Palileo which is very rude. After 5 hours at the pick-up the product haven`t been ready and he refuse to give us a TONU! Forced us to wait to get loaded to pay us detention. The shipper give us estimated time when the product will be ready, ~ midnight! Our driver checked in at 11 AM! Do not use them! They paid a TONU at the end. $150
