Since other County bar associations offer free consultation, Why DBA needs to charge $20? and I saw many bad reviews here..which made me feel if any lawyers here I can trust?.... After I pay $20, Can I get a refund if the lawyers don't do good job? Gosh, is the law or good lawyers really exist in Dallas?
Attorney referral department is terrible. They tell you someone will call you back a week after you speak to them. No one calls. Call back, wait another week, repeat. Don’t waste your time.
Called the help line right at 5:30 and immediately got the hold message. Within a couple of minutes, a human voice answers and asks for the area of law in regards to my question. She tells me she needs to place me on hold. After 12 minutes, she comes back on the line with the same greeting....THEN HANGS UP! Seriously??? I called back 16 times and never got another human being. It would ring so long sometimes, that it would go to some mailbox. I left a voice message, but don't expect to get a call back. What a waiste of time. Shame on them. I'm sure they don't care. After all, they ARE liars....I mean Lawyers.
Dear Dallas Bar Association Attorneys. If your support staff refuses to be a professional reflection of your law firm and cant or wont handle simple communication and correspondence on your behalf than you either A. Need to fire them B. Hire more staff C Get an AI Legal Assistant that can actually do what your support staff is hired for and getting paid well for, because their costing you money and client loyalty and leads because of your human support staff and their poor work ethic. Hope you take my advise!
Last month attended my son’s oath taking ceremony for his Texas Bar association license. Love the whole team with their valuable information about a new Attorny.
They've been closed for months due to COVID-19 PANDEMIC LOCKDOWN. It's best to call them or just reach them online before 'carelessly' traveling down to their downtown office/location. Take care.
Called to report my attorney he decided my case was not worth fighting for me, as the defendant in the case should not matter if the plantiff who has more money than you do, get paid to look the way the money is right. IJS
This is a complete scam. I never got the return call. Their message says open at 8.30 and THAT TOO IS A LIE.
