Coolest Harley shop I've ever been to. Right on the Riverwalk. Beautiful building and sits up high so there's a great view of the river. Large selection of shirts and other items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bought a few items for ourselves and some gifts for family members for Christmas. We will be back in the future.
They need to post they not Harley Davidson store. They only sell t-shirts at a mark up price cause they on river walk. I need parts told lady if they have a part have info and yes come on in we have it. So waste of time but if you want Harley Davidson shirts 👔 at high prices for river walk renting cost about $7-9 thousand and they have it right by Hard Rock Cafe I just say how it isi don’t hold back when I’m told down right feb

I expected to see the same merchandise that they have at Cowboy's on 35, but they actually had some different and very nice shirts and hats and their own unique shop logo. The staff was very nice, too.

The dealership itself is great—clean, well-stocked, and full of beautiful bikes. Staff was very active and eager to engage from the moment I arrived. I was clear from the start that I was just “tire kicking,” looking at 2026 models with no intention to buy. One salesman handled that perfectly—friendly conversation, then gave me space. That’s how you build future customers. Another salesperson, however, did the opposite. Despite me saying multiple times I wasn’t buying, he kept pushing with questions like “What would it take to get you on a bike today?” and “What can I do to get you riding out today?” while insisting he wasn’t pressuring me. It felt scripted and made it hard to simply look around. I gave up looking before I got to the back of the showroom on one side. I also made the mistake of giving my number, and now I get weekly follow-ups either by text or phone calls, which feels excessive given how clear I was. Bottom line: when someone says they’re just looking, give them space. The right approach builds trust—the wrong one drives people away. When I’m actually ready to buy, I’ll likely drive further out of my way, because I can already anticipate the pressure being much greater if I mention that I’m genuinely interested.
