This Covenant driver was messing around in the store, changed a wiper blade, then got some food. All while his truck was parked on the fuel island while others waited to get fuel. After he got done at McDonald's, he got coffee, and then pulled his truck forward only to park in front of the pumps. He was still parked forward of pumps when I left the parking lot. Why did he not park in the lot after fueling? If he did actually fuel..... Does your company encourage such rude behavior?
Those guys are slow and over 7 hours in door Absolutely isn't worth it also after I got the green light have to wait another 45 minutes for BOL Stupid
Please do not haul anything from this company. I had been driving close to 20 years. I picked up a load for covenant in December of 2021 of last year from Georgia to North Carolina for $ 2500. I have delivered the load with no issues and Covenant never paid me. I wasted my gas, time and effort. I had sent them everything they had asked. I attempted communicating with them numerous times through e-mail and I got no response from them. At this point, I have no other options left but to take legal action and seek compensation from them.
Anti Choice company, stay away from any business claiming to be professional adjacent to a political stance
long unloading!! they unload so slowly that it takes the whole day because of them you lose the next load
Don't buy a truck from them. They won't give you the maintenance records
