10/10 customer experience! Riva and Dillon went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. Will absolutely be back!!!
Came in with my friends and her 2nd grader. Dylan helped us! He was so kind and awesome! He was especially kind to the kiddo choosing her bag.
I didn’t know that Cotopaxi has physical stores, but it was really well laid out and the staff was very knowledgeable. These packs look great and are really well designed. Love my 28L
Very friendly employees, cute shop and bright&colorful clothes!
If I could make my own clothes, this is what they would look like….But probably way worse fitting and not as well-made, because I do not know the first thing about designing clothes.
Today was the first time at Cotopaxi - Connor was very patient - walking me through all my questions and helping me find the perfect bag - fun store, great product, wonderful staff
