Penny was so responsive throughout the process. She kept me informed all the way and eased my concerns. I was without power and the same day my power was restored! The electrician Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked so hard! The owner even came by during the evening hours to drop off supplies to Ryan. Thanks to Jose,Ryan,Brett and Caleb for the hard work of figuring out the electrical issue and correcting what previous so called electricians did wrong. They went above and beyond and were extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing and did what they had to do to repair a very serious issue (faulty wiring) as well as working through what I call a huge puzzle. They also relocated outlets and worked to get the three way switches all working properly and ran new wiring from the panel box, as well as bringing everything up to code. I couldn't ask for more. Great job guys!
