I beg of you, if you're looking for a disability law firm, go with any other one. There are thousands of them, and this law firm is atrocious. Especially Natalie. She's not only undereducated, she's entirely apathetic and dishonest. They completely screwed my case up, and her apathy and lack of responsibility is beyond subpar. Their communication is extremely poor. I contacted them at least ten different times about how broken their website is (Dibcase), about how they're not handling my case and that disability needs certain things from them, and they didn't do anything at all until I finally let them know that I got a denial and that they failed to represent me, though I have tons of documentation of communication between us and me uploading things on the site. Atrocious. Borderline criminal, and I will be looking into reporting them to the bar. I would have happily gone with a different firm, one that knows how to communicate and actually represent you as a lawyer, to not just give vague monosyllabic responses that do not actually address any issues. But definitely, if you get Natalie, run for the trees. They tried to tell me I didn't fill out certain paperwork after this whole issue. Yet I have all the documentation. I have proof of it from DocuSign. And if that were the case, why wouldn't they have contacted me instead of just leading me along through texts and such? Abhorrent. Unprofessional.
I want to thank Conquest Law Group for taking my case at the last minute. Also, they worked diligently to retrieve the information to resolve my case. I received a positive outcome in my case and I am very pleased.
Update response to owner below: (Initial review) I truly wish I could give a better review, but I can’t. I’m not a fan of giving negative reviews, but at this moment in time it’s very much warranted. Do NOT hire or work with this firm if you want to be held as a priority in a professional manner. You will be constantly ignored and treated as though you don’t matter, the world has already mastered this art I’d expect more from a white collar profession who is supposed to help people. It’s shameful behavior to take advantage of people in need of your help. Do better Conquest Update: You’re a complete liar. Your office was calling the wrong number the entire time apparently, and not emailing me. Why not add the email I sent directly to Mr. Phillips to ask about the lack of contact from the firm in your accusations of contact? And then my email to him after seeing this ridiculous response that I will no longer require the services of this firm. Why not add that to your owner response, that you admitted to calling the wrong number. Be accountable instead of trying to shame someone. It’s very immature and narcissistic behavior to try and gaslight and blame the client when it was your fault on the communication issue. Me warning other “potential clients” is my right. And my experience is in fact valid. Don’t try to minimize someone’s experience because you’re the offended one. Your response shows how unprofessional you are. And your lack of empathy shows you can’t be trusted and do NOT value your clients. Sarcastically, I can now thank you for triggering my PTSD, thanks for the downward spiral you’ve sent me on.
I had to delete original review to post another one. How are lawyers so unprofessional and bothered that I left a one star. The truth hurts. You reposted my personal emails. Which is fine because Yes, I spoke with Natalie and assistant ONCE or TWICE literally the day before the big case. I busted my butt getting records fast as possible. My case was top of the year and it’s 6 months plus later you all have not reached out since. How is that handling business?! Now I just want my papers finally that I’ve asked for saying you all are not representing me!!! How do you jump on google first. I’ve reached out to you Natalie personally still no response! But, you all are responding to a dang on review. I appreciate what was done but trust me we did not communicate at all and Natalie you know that’s the truth!!! I’ve called office three times and they continue saying we will leave her message. Still nothing.
Sonia Molina was the attorney who represented me, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. She maintained excellent communication throughout the process and was incredibly thorough in preparing me for my hearing. Sonia held three hearing-preparation calls with me before the actual hearing, and those calls were invaluable. She helped me understand what to expect, how to clearly explain my circumstances, and how to focus my testimony on what needed to be heard. Because of her preparation, I went into my hearing feeling confident and prepared—and we got the favorable decision we were hoping for! I also want to give a special shout-out to LaShonta, who was wonderful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated between my appointments with Sonia and was absolutely relentless when it came to making sure my medical records were received and my file was complete. I never felt like my case was sitting somewhere forgotten or that I had to wonder whether important records had been obtained. Her communication, follow-through, and attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind. Having Sonia prepare me so thoroughly for the hearing and LaShonta working diligently behind the scenes made me feel like there was an entire team invested in my case. I am incredibly grateful for both of them and for the favorable outcome. I would absolutely recommend Sonia Molina and her team to anyone going through the Social Security disability process.
I feel Natalie did a poor job presenting my alimony reduction case. Too many hiccups to list in the year + it even took her to get a hearing. All my money down the drain. She wasn't even able to get me an end date on paying alimony. Do not recommend AT ALL. And to comment on the response, I'd further add that Natalie seemed checked out because she was joining your firm and didn't even tell me that yours was a disability law practice. I would have dropped her had she told me that. I needed a DEDICATED family law attorney. Deceptive. My case didn't get the preparation it needed at all. It has set me back a long way. But thanks for the thoughts and prayers.
Choosing Conquest Law was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the very beginning, my attorney Sonia Molina was everything I needed her to be — knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely dedicated to my case. Sonia took me by the hand and walked me through every step of this process with patience and clarity. She eased my fears, calmed my nerves, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect along the way. She called when she said she would and delivered on every single promise she made. What truly sets Sonia apart is her genuine care for her clients. When you don't know what you don't know, it means everything to have someone in your corner who does. Without her expertise and guidance, I honestly believe the outcome of my case would have been very different. Thanks to Sonia and the entire Conquest Law team, I received a fully favorable decision. I am forever grateful. If you are navigating the disability process and need someone who will truly fight for you — look no further than Conquest Law.
I had a great experience working with this firm. The attorney was professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my questions both over the phone and in person. The guidance provided was clear, thoughtful, and demonstrated strong expertise. I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone looking for high-quality legal advice.
Attorney Sonia and staff were amazing. They kept me informed each step of the way for my disability appeal. She held a mock hearing before the actually hearing, sent me notes to fall on and worked hard in getting me approved. I had my mock hearing the beginning of January with my hearing scheduled on the 14th of January and I just got the call today from Sonia herself that the judge found in our favor. She’s such an amazing soul and hate that this is the end but absolutely excited. I will be sending anyone in need to this firm. I have had many lawyers and I was always denied until I found this firm and found Sonia. Hands down the best experience. Don’t sleep on this firm, go ahead and make that call!!! 1000/10 🫶🏻
I had a really positive experience working with this firm. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely made me feel supported throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt that my questions and concerns were taken seriously. Having them on my side made a stressful situation feel much more manageable, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy legal representation.
