I would give a lower review if possible. Do not work with these people. They will be there when you want to schedule and they will be friendly, but they will not be available once you have made a deposit. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I have been trying to contact them for days and no response.

Concierge is my go to for auto transport! I've moved cross country twice, the team made my process seamless and smooth. From my initial call to drop-off they communicated in a way that put me at ease. I was super nervous before working with them because I'd read about horror stories. After a lot of research, I decided to do business with Concierge Auto Transport. We had excellent results. Evan, at Concierge, was prompt, professional, and provided all details I needed to understand the process. The pickup and delivery of our car was exactly as I was told. The driver contacted me and we discussed options for pick up to meet our needs. We were given a range of 7-10 days for delivery, which seems the standard of the other 5 companies I researched, and the car was delivered on the 7th day at 10:00 a.m.  I definitely recommend Concierge Auto Transport.

We recently moved cross country and Evan assisted with coordinating the transport of our 2 cars. He was friendly and very responsive to any question I had along the way. His communication is clear and professional. The driver was wonderful as well! We were so impressed with his skill level and quick turn around time with our vehicles. He was also very friendly too which is what you need when you are moving. I highly recommend using Evan and his company for any of your auto transport needs!

This was a lot easier than I initially expected. I had to quickly ship my vehicles from Florida to Oregon and everyone else’s rates were ridiculously high. I contacted these guys as a last resort and not only was i impressed with the noticeably better phone etiquette and initial service, but their rates were hundreds less than other competitors. My vehicles were delivered on time and I was even greeted with a follow up call the day of delivery to make sure everything was ok. I appreciate this highly and will definitely use them again

I paid a deposit of $300 to book the move and then paid using my credit card the other $800 for a total of $1100. When the carrier arrived they only would accept cash or postal check and I had to go back to the bank to get the $800 or they wouldn't leave my car. I called concierge and they said the $800 would be crddcred back to my credit card in 3-5 business days. It's been 16 business days and nothing has been credited back. I've called 10 times and nobody will answer or call back. I am going through small claims court at this time.

Worked with Evan, fantastic experience. Driver worked with our schedule, even though we asked for extra time last minute. Driver was very professional and delivered earlier than expected (good thing). I highly recommend them for your auto moving needs.

I usually transport my parents car every year from Vermont to Florida and then back. In the past I’ve had okay experiences with some delays. I have to admit I was surprised at how well the gentlemen at concierge kept in communication and delivered faster than I expected. You are going to be my go to every time I transport my parents cars.
