They signed me up with a misleading quote where they enrolled me into a program that I explicitly stated I did not want to be a part of. Two months later they dropped me from the program and hiked up my insurance. They use predatory practices to lure you into buying their insurance with a misleading quote. They are not transparent about what programs they register you to.
If you have Guaranteed Rate as a Mortgage servicer and attempt to have Liberty Mutual become your home insurance provider; liberty mutual will agree to contact Guaranteed rate per the Guaranteed rate guidelines but will not actually follow through to become your insurance provider. They will then expect you to pay the mortgage insurance premiums while you are double insured through your previous company. This is highly unethical behavior.
They are a whole scam. I canceled my insurance and they still charged me for two extra months. I will never use this insurance again.
