Eric was real helpful until after the sale when I needed some follow-up, at which time he ignored me. Not very good business IMO.

I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR & THEN SAW OTHER EQUIPMENT THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNEW THAT I NEEDED. I WILL BE RETURNING VERY SOON TO GET THE TOOLS THAT I WILL MOST DIFFERENTLY NEED LATER ON IN THE FUTURE. GREAT STAFF, VERY HELPFUL & GREAT ENVIRONMENT. We accidentally showed up at like 10 till closing on a Saturday and they were super helpful able to get us the correct size window pane, caulk, pins, and tips for installation in like 5 minutes.
They are Always friendly. Thanks for having almost everything you need on hand👍
