Just signed up for my first clinical study. Very organized and great people!
The doctors and nurses here are so caring and patient. They have been excellent with both of our young children and are always willing to answer any questions we may have.
Nurses not properly masking during COVID, even when asked multiple times to fix the mask. She was letting it drift down below her nose and only pulled it up if asked. She was argumentative about being compliant with CDC guidelines. Medical director was notified by nurse and defended her as “not being used to all this” and offered no support for a patient that was put in danger. Instead, the patient was scolded, “none of the nurses want to work with you because of this.”
I was in the AstraZeneca Covid trial. Very impressed with the professionalism of this place. Every nurse I worked with was super nice and willing to answer all my questions
