This studio feels like a community. Anything by Diane Hancock will bring you joy!
Spacious studio with multiple class rooms and a nice lobby. The Sunday morning kundalini class is my favorite!
I value Cityoga's diversity, in every way. Diverse community that is intentionally cultivated to make yoga accessible to everyone. And diverse offerings. I've tried so many new things from the study of the Yoga Sutras, Yoga Nidra to Kundalini to Rocket Yoga all taught by passionate, expert teachers. And plenty of more traditional (to me) vinyasa flow classes too.
This afternoon, I had the great fortune of taking a three (3) hour yoga, meditation, and wellness workshop at City Yoga. It workshop was led by Dave, who also happens to be the studio's owner. It was my first time at the studio as well as learning techniques for mediation. It was amazing! Dave was very knowledgable and personable. He made the three hours go by so fast. I enjoyed the guided practice, the positive energy of participants, and the studio space. I feel great and definitely plan to return. If you are looking for a great experience, make sure you check out City Yoga!
Lovely studio and feel at Cityoga. Welcoming staff and awesome teachers. Their Ashtanga yoga program in particular is really special and best in Indy for sure! I've been a fan for years...
This is my sanctuary. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Heated vinyasa and Ashtanga are my obsessions. Heather is an amazing instructor and her wisdom gets me to class at 7am for ashtanga which feels like starting my day with magic.
Excellent location, easy parking, incredible teachers! The studio and staff are warm & welcoming. I’m so grateful for their prenatal classes! Favorite studio in Indy.
I've been a student at Cityoga for 2 years, and I always appreciate the variety of classes offered, the different educational opportunities at the studio. I also love the different teaching training opportunities. I've taken my 200 hr. here and appreciate the level of support received and am looking forward to other trainings through Cityoga!
The staff, teachers, and classes at Cityoga are all amazing. The Yoga spaces are large and clean with plenty of Yoga tools to use. The Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training was incredible and so were the other special classes I have attended. I plan on many more classes and trainings here.
My beloved CITYOGA! I have been learning and growing in my practice here for over two years. Throughout my time here, I have tried several other local yoga studios and I keep coming back. There is just something here- great community, sound teaching and technique, convenient class times and good seasonal deals on class passes. My favorite instructors are Adrienne and Lisa D, but there are so many great teachers with diverse class offerings. I've read some reviews about their experience not being beginner friendly or what they hoped for. I'd encourage any new yogi to call and ask for good classes to try. And definitely let your instructor know your newish. I have always found them to be accommodating. If you try a class that you don't like, pick another one. They have the best new member rate around so you can try them all!
