Called Circle D for sprinkler repair. Spoke to Jerry who said someone would contact me. The tech( Charles-not sure) called and said he be there the next day at 5:30pm. We called that morning to confirm appointment and then waited. 5:30pm came and went. Then at 6pm and still no call or tech, we called them. Called the techs number and the main office number , and nothing. We never heard from them the next day, next week or ever! Imagine getting a expensive repair done with them and guess what it would feel like to get them to honor any warranty, if any, if they can't even be reliable to keep an appointment or even have the decency to call before or after missing the appointment. Reliability in companies starts from the top down.
I used Circle D industries for a sprinkler installation. Dallas and his team are very prompt, professional and fairly priced. I will use their services again. I am very pleased.
No overnight seep but still u can park street they have 3 docks
We had Circle D landscape our front flower beds and they did an outstanding job. Not only were they professional and prompt with their services but the final product was even better than expected. We plan to use them again for a retaining wall and would reccomend their services to anyone looking.
Dallas and Circle D were able to complete our project on budget even after changes had been made during and after the original quote. We will definitely use Circle D again for future construction projects! The new cement patio and french drains are awesome!
