I’ve had concerns about my experiences at Cicione Beverage Co that I feel are worth sharing as a customer. In my experience, the area outside the store often functions more like a gathering spot than a typical retail environment, with groups lingering, loud conversations, and drinking immediately outside the premises. This has at times contributed to an environment that felt less safe and less orderly, particularly in a developing neighborhood. Inside the store, I have also observed interactions between staff and customers that felt unprofessional, including loud exchanges that added to the overall disorderly atmosphere. On one occasion, I observed behavior that made me uncomfortable regarding possible alcohol consumption by staff while on duty. Due to these concerns, I have reported the situation to the appropriate local alcohol regulatory authority for review. Overall, I believe stronger management and clearer enforcement of store policies could improve safety, professionalism, and the experience for customers and the surrounding community.
Friendly staff. Will help you bring items to your car. There is parking out front for free. They have a lot of choices for individual items, four packs, six packs, 12-packs and cases. They also have water, juices and soda cases. They have Pennsylvania lottery and Pennsylvania skill games there. They also have spiedie fest local delivery.
I'm not satisfied at all with there selection and service. There's always one person working the lottery and register. I go to buy beer but sometimes it's not in stock. They split 6 and 12 packs of beer and sell them as singles instead of just selling them the way they are. The guy will say we sell this and when i say I'll take it, he'll say we dont have it. He say we sell that, I'll say ok I'll take it and he'll say we dont have it. Some of the staff, not all are not professional and courteous at all. So now I go to another distributor to accommodate my needs.
They will discount items but they don’t tell you those discounted items are 3-4 years expired. Total rip-off
