We had the BEST experience with Chief Chicago!! Kalo answered my questions quickly via the chat app on the web page. Booking online was extremely easy. And Jay, our driver, was amazing! He was prompt (early actually), personable, and he went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend Chief Chicago for any of your transportation needs.
We were desperate to find a way to ship our car and our 14 year old dog Kit cross country once we sold our home in Los Angeles and intended to move to Connecticut. The car shipping business proved to be filled with untrustworthy opportunists and the pet transport business presented mounds of bureaucracy and paperwork, and ran the risk of putting our elderly beloved dog at risk flying in air cargo in the midst of hot weather. My wife found Chief Chicago Limo online. The head of the company introduced us to one of their drivers Jay, who was willing to drive our car AND dog cross country. Jay was an ex-police officer who lived in Chicago We spoke on the phone. He seemed like a lovely man but would you trust your expensive car and beloved family dog to a total stranger?! We did. And we were grateful forever more we trusted our instincts. Jay could not have been more reassuring, empathetic, responsible, trustworthy and kind to us as well as our dog. He mapped out a trip. Determined a fair price for the journey. We gave him half payment up front and the balance when he arrived safely. Our dog took to him to such an extent he sat at his feet when they arrived on the east coast instead of mine. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are a rare find you can trust and will provide you the services you are looking for.

We booked a car service from Chicago to Green Bay for the Packers game. Car was very clean and the chauffeur drove very smooth. He stayed with us the whole day and brought us safely back to hotel considering the 15 hours on the job. Recommend this limo service 100%
Chief Chicago Limo was amazing in getting us to and from MDW. We were traveling with a baby where we needed to strap in our car seat and had a lot of luggage so I didn’t want to deal with the uncertainty of car type and availability with Uber. Our car was already waiting for us once we were ready to leave home and texted us immediately as we landed letting us know where to meet him. Both vehicles were incredibly clean, and the rides were comfortable. Highly recommend and will book again!
A great service. Our driver was timely and polite. He knew when to talk and when to let us to our ride silence. I took this trip several months ago, but I am only now getting around to leaving this review. The great span of time between the ride and the time I leave this review, I hope, testifies to how lovely of an experience was made out of a simple drive to and from the airport.
We decided to take Chief Chicago Limo to go to a concert and it was a great idea. Vehicle was clean, had plenty of room, and the driver was friendly and professional. It made the concert experience more enjoyable. Will definitely use C.C.L. again… A+ company!
