I highly recommend Tony for your car damage appraisal work! Weeks ago my vehicle was totaled by a reckless driver. Insurance company shared an estimate for the coverage. However, when Tony reviewed the case, he immediately realized that the insurance estimation was way below the real value and loss. Through professional and dedicated work, he constructed the actual value of the car and negotiated with the appraiser from insurance side, and managed to reach a fair deal that is thousands of $$ higher! I recently had my car stolen. State farm wanted to give me $13,300 for the vehicle, which by my research was low. I declined State Farms offer. State Farm said I need to get a 3rd party appraiser, and they would get their own. I chose Chicago Auto appraisers. Tony took all my information and worked with the insurance company’s appraiser. They were able to agree on $17,400. That's $4,100 more than what State Farm offered. The money I spent on Tony was well worth it. Plus, I have the satisfaction of showing a big company like State Farm that they can't push us little people around. Tony recently helped my wife and me in dealing with repair shops and our insurance company regarding our car, which was totaled by an uninsured driver. Tony was amazingly responsive and willing to explain everything about the process as it unfolded, his participation in the case definitely put those other parties on notice not to try to cut any corners, and Tony was extremely generous with his time-- I sometimes had to actually stop him from explaining things to me, because he was working so hard to be sure I understood what was going on. His knowledge of diminished value issues in particular is extraordinary --even though that issue wound up being moot, he showed me he'd have been a fantastic advocate for us had the car been reparable. This past fall, I worked with Tony at Classic Auto Appraisals to represent me on a claim with Progressive auto insurance. I was involved in an auto accident in a no-fault state (Minnesota) that resulted in a total loss of my vehicle. After a few weeks of haggling with Progressive, the highest amount they offered was roughly $1,000 less than what I thought the car was worth. As a result, I executed the mediation clause of my policy and hired Anthony as my independent appraiser. Although it took a few weeks to settle, Tony negotiated a final settlement $2,000 above what I thought the car was worth ... and $3,000 above their highest offer.

He helped me to get back 5600$ in a week without any queries raised. Surely trustworthy person and would strongly recommend!!

Everything didn't go smooth with me. If I could rate this company, then it will be no stars. This company is a fraud and Tony Frer is a thief. I've paid this company $390. Back in November of 2016 for a Auto appraisal for my Insurance Company and since then I've been trying to get in contact with him for what I've hire them to do. Sometimes a woman that claims to be his sister appears to have an abrasive behavior when I call. She will always tell she has relayed the messages to him and that's all she cab do so obviously he's receiving them. I recommend not to spend your money but hire a morw professional company for your services. To this day, I'm still out of close to $400 bucks.
