The absolute best chef in KC! I have used their meal delivery and experienced catering, and both are top notch. Not only is the food amazing but they also have been a part of many nonprofit events- donating amazing meals and food.

My elderly in-laws were having health issues and we live three hours away. I decided to try KC Chef in order to feed them well from afar. I could not be happier. The owner called to clarify what I needed and delivery has been seamless and timely. The food is excellent, according to my picky in-laws. A fantastic service that I’m glad I found!

Chef Chris and his team have done MANY catering events for our company. I tend to have a clear vision of what I like for our events and he always delivers. His food is consistently good and the presentation is always beautiful. You can tell Chris and his team take a lot of pride in what they do. His staff is very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I was given a ChefKC gift card to use while my husband was sick. It was such a thoughtful gesture, but we never had the opportunity to use it before he died. I decided to use it when our family gathered the night before his memorial celebration. Chef made it so easy! I ordered the bulk of the meal, provided a few sides myself, and Chef volunteered to add dessert gratis. The portions were more than ample, beautifully packaged, and absolutely delicious. A restaurant meal of this caliber would have cost at least twice as much. Days later, I cannot bear to part with the beautiful sirloin leftovers, so I am sharing with neighbors. I will be looking for another opportunity to entertain this way again, and encourage others to do the same.

Chef KC helped make a last minute, at home birthday celebration outstanding. Chris was incredibly prompt in getting back to me, answering all my questions and was very flexible with our menu choices (again, at the last minute). Our chef, Michael, was friendly, professional and took great care of us for the evening. I highly recommend and will absolutely hire again.

We were thrilled with hiring Chef KC for an intimate gathering at home celebrating my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, the appetizer spread completely impressive and beautiful, every attention to detail, such nice staff and the guys left my kitchen cleaner than they found it. We will definitely be using them again whether for office gathering or another party. It took all the stress out of the evening so I could fully enjoy time with family!

Christopher and his team were amazing! So many of our guests told me how this was the best food that they've ever had at a wedding. Everything was so fresh and tasted amazing. They set up a beautiful spread of fresh veggies, fruit, bread and hummus and cooked dinner on site. Everything was well seasoned and the flavors well balanced. Having our guest be able to enjoy the food as it came off the grill made all the difference.

We initially worked with Chef KC at the beginning of 2019 when we asked him to cater our wedding. Then, two years later, the wedding actually happened. Chef KC and his entire staff stuck with us throughout the COVID process, even as we changed the date three different times. They were always professional, thoughtful, respectful, and great communicators. Then, on wedding day, Chef produced the absolute best wedding meal I've ever had. I had so many different guests come up to me and tell me how good the food was. An awesome, local company that does outstanding work. I wish I could give Chef KC and his staff more than 5 stars. I will be joining his meal subscription service in the near future and any catering events I have he will be in charge of.

Chef Chris came out to our office for a sampling of what they have to offer. I was so impressed I used them the next two days for a sponsor visit. I also had so much confidence that I told Chef Chris to pick the menu. No one was disappointed! The food is fresh and full of flavor. You can tell Chris is passionate about cooking and making savory food for his clients. I have scheduled our next six client meetings with Chef KC. Can't wait to see what's on the menu next time!
