I come here at least once a week and I gotta say, I rarely have had a bad experience. Sometimes live unload sometimes drop’n’hook. I try and make sure I’m here a little before 5am before the gate opens. No overnight parking but if you get there a LITTLE early you can park on the curve just before the entry gate which BTW is the second gate entrance. There is a restroom. Be safe Drivers.🫡
Only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the "lady" that answers the phone when you call the operator is extremely condescending. She probably shouldn't have a job answering phones if she gets annoyed that people call with questions.... Side note: as a truck driver, when you pull into gate 2, shipping and receiving is on the right, but the kansas city docks are to the left.... there aren't any signs (that I could see) telling us where to go.
Truckers enter at 2nd gate. Take a right at the Y as you enter the gate. Checked in at 0500 for a 0600 delivery. Docked at 0510. Pulled out at 0530. Would absolutely deliver here anytime! Friendly staff, easy in easy out!
Great for unloading promptly, Open early, only issue is yes they offer a restroom but it has NO TOILET SEAT. Some of us drive OTR long distances to deliver the products. Could be a little more convenient with the restroom ESPECIALLY for the ladies.
This place is awesome period no waiting in and out in 30 minutes. It is by far the easiest and fastest unload I've ever had. Awesome job guys
Either these drivers are union or they're just naturally pathetic. Been waiting over an hour for a day cab to pull out if the dock so I can get in to unload. I'm 50 years old with a bad heart and I could run circles around these guys.
RECEIVING OPENS 5AM CLOSES 12 PM they will not take you after !!!! FIRST COME FIRST SERVE .. TAKE PAPERWORK IN GO TO ANY OPEN DOOR UNLOADER KNOCKS ON NOSE OF INSIDE TRAILER PAPERWORK WILL BE LEFT IN BACK OF TRAILER ….. QUICK UNLOAD VERY QUICK !!!! NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
I come in to pick up my order for our business, and SOME, not all, are not friendly in the warehouse. Even driving by me on forklifts like I'm not even there, while standing next to my truck! (they act like I'm an inconvenience) Also, C.S.B. says we have to pull our liquor license physically off the wall and show it every time I come in. EVERY OTHER DISTRIBUTOR let's me show them a picture of our liquor license and that's perfectly fine. Very inconvenient. 😒
Thank you guys! 9:00 am was my appt because I got loaded 6 hours late I get this place at 12:45pm. They still accept me after 25mns my trailer was already empty.
