I don’t understand why there are any negative reviews here. I’ve been in business for over 10 years, building my own brands and working with various retail stores, and I have never seen a company better than CBRE. If you want to work with someone truly professional—someone who puts their heart and soul into working tirelessly for your success—then I highly recommend Lourdes. She doesn’t just negotiate deals; she goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best possible outcome for your business. Her expertise is truly remarkable, and I have never met anyone like her. She is detail-oriented, highly skilled, and incredibly easy to work with. Plus, she’s outgoing, fun, and brings great energy to every interaction. Honestly, I’m surprised she’s only a Vice President—she deserves to own the place with the level of dedication and effort she puts into her work. Great job, Lourdes! I love what you’re doing!
Evan Steinruck was absolutely so helpful in our process for finding a new office. He made the experience smooth and was easily accessible at all times. He was happy to offer advice when asked and always seemed honest in his responses. As a client, he found a space that met our needs and we were happy with the outcome.
Working with this branch was so frustrating. My broker was very unprofessional and made the process of finding my location and signing my lease very difficult. When I contacted the branch to change brokers, they denied me. They didn’t want to step on my brokers toes. Though they knew I was unhappy with her performance, they were not willing to allow the change and my needs as the client was last on their list.
Horrible, lazy company. Appraised building over $30,000 less than the county appraised (for taxes) last year and the market currently has grown over %15 since then. Comp buildings they used where anywhere between 50-100 years older than our building in a bad part of town. The one building they used a block away sold for $20,000 more than our appraisal two years ago and was occupied by squatters that city had to remove and place a condemned notice on when sold at that price. We had a local licensed real estate agent/designated broker provide real comps in our neighborhood that would put our building closer to $100,000 more than their appraised value. We submitted to CBRE for reconsideration and they won't budge off their original appraisal. Ego's much!?!? Steer clear of this company at all cost!!!!! I will be reporting them to the state appraisal board!
