An awesome place to load at. The shipping office ladies were awesome to deal with. In and out in less then 15 minutes
Had one of your driver's pass me on the left while descending down the ambasssador bridge into Windsor Ontario. Red truck with a flatbed. There was only one single lane for trucks .. on the right. Every professional driver knows that. He cut me off so badly I needed to brake hard before running into the guard rail of the ambassador bridge. Good job Capacity!
One of their truck drivers ran a red light and ran me off the road and caused damage to my car. The truck driver never stopped and the owner laughed about it and gave a half hearted apology when I called to tell them what happened. I definitely wouldn’t trust them or do business with them but that just my opinion.
Traveling north bound 75 had a truck unable to stay in their lane, after expressing my distain with a middle finger. The already flying semi decided to close the gap and whip behind me to flash his brights in my mirror in the far left. Iced over roads while snowing, going well over 75. Called dispatch, THE MINUTE he realized I was complaining he hung up on me. A joke. Wouldn’t want my company flying behind these idiots.
Great place to get loaded and unloaded. Friendly staff members, long as you have an appointment, they get you in and out in no time. I believe they give you 30 minutes before and after the appointment time.
