We have been a trade partner with Caliber for about 5 years now, and have been an upstanding company to work with. They take pride in what they do and it shows in the beautiful homes they build.
Caliber Construction does not care about the community and is only looking to turn a profit and doesn’t care whose lives they ruin in the making. They will not listen and reason with you or try and work with you. They are taking land that was donated for $1 to be a garden and turning it into a another ugly duplex (as if Denver needs more!). Very disappointing to see.
Caliber is a great company. With an extremely high quality of work and attention to detail, this is a company that I highly recommend for anyone looking for a new home!
I’ve done enough projects to know how this usually goes… delays, miscommunication, and at least one moment where you’re wondering why you started. This was not that. Instead? It was… fun. Like actually fun. Who even are these people. Brad, Matt, Courtney and Josh at Caliber are in a category of their own. I’ve never, not once, worked with a company that made a remodel this stress-free, this on time, and this well-communicated. They just… do what they say they’re going to do. Calmly. Consistently. Like it’s no big deal. (It is.) And the part that really got me: they care. Deeply. There were multiple moments where I thought, “Wait… do they care more than we do about this being perfect?” And honestly, I think the answer is yes. Every detail handled. Every question answered. Every step felt clear and easy. The whole thing was… dare I say… flawless. If you’re about to remodel and bracing yourself, don’t. Just call Caliber!
Caliber Construction was in such a hurry to purchase the El Oasis garden in LoHi on a piece of property donated for $1 for the purpose of gardening and donating to those in need. Now the lot sits undeveloped and unkept. The property is so grown up you can’t even walk down the sidewalk. How about you use the same urgency you had when purchasing to be a good neighbor and keep up your property!!!!
We work with many builders all throughout Colorado. There is none better. If you are looking for quality and someone who stands behind their work, you will want to consider Caliber Construction!
You better hope that Caliber does not build a house next to you. The construction part was bad enough (nails all over my lawn). I have legal fees because they put foliage and underground sprinklers on my property. Their same landscaper put pea gravel to support the drop-off that they created next to my sidewalk and porch even though I said it would not work and now I have to replace my sidewalk and build a small retaining wall. They ruined and replaced a piece of my sidewalk (different area) but instead of joining it properly they shoved and inch wide seam of caulking across the diameter of the sidewalk. The caulking is falling apart. Caliber made plenty of money and I am left with bills. I hope that you don't experience the same.
Brad and his team are exceptional. They are responsive and timely, detail-oriented and experienced, professional and deliver superior results. Caliber Construction is worth every penny!
