Very disappointed with the service I received from Cacciatore Insurance. When I chose not to renew my policy with them and switched to another insurer on 12/8/2024, my agent Yolanda failed to notify the prior insurer (AmTrust), which is standard professional courtesy in the industry. As a result, I was wrongfully charged for coverage I did not request and didn’t have—after my policy expired. I reached out for assistance, and they showed no interest in helping to correct their mistake. Their negligence has contributed to a false billing issue and collection action against me, despite having valid insurance through another company. I cannot recommend this agency based on this poor handling and lack of client support.

Gloria Cacciatore and the Cacciatore Insurance team have been responsive and helpful in taking care of my insurance needs. They continue to give me excellent, fast service whenever I have a question or want to change my coverage. I like that they are friendly people who answer their phone, return calls promptly and also follow up when I've asked. You can tell that these employees truly enjoy their jobs and the customers they serve. Leadership comes form the top and this is a great example of a great company. with a wonderful culture. I feel well serviced and that they have given me solid, honest and realistic guidance.

We highly recommend using Cacciatore Insurance for our condo because the rates were much cheaper, reasonable, and much more affordable than we thought. We've been using their home insurance since 2009 and still continue to use them.
