We’ve had a great experience working with T at Build Seven Construction. As a military family, our schedule changes constantly, and he has been incredibly understanding, flexible, and communicative throughout the entire process. He always kept us updated, worked with our changing availability, and treated us with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so patient and willing to work with families in unique situations like ours. 10/10 experience — highly recommend!

Review of Build 7 construction -* As a 67 yr old widow on a fixed income, I cannot give Build 7 construction a great review. The Good: The 3 man crew that completed most of my projects are experts in flooring, painting and electrical with attention to details. The Bad: Tadeo aka "T" has no idea on how to order material and paint. I have almost 20 gallons of left over paint. No return and nowhere to store ($300+). 2 boxes of vinyl plank flooring at $45 a box that I was supposed to get credit for. (8 days and no $$) The Ugly: Tadeo thought he could pull a fast one by installing Home Depot press board siding. My contract clearly states "Hardy Plank" siding (concrete and fiberglass) instead of having them redoing my carport, I agreed to an extended warranty (in writing) on the work. I have yet to receive said warranty. The Worst of the Worst: I was supposed to get a walkthrough for the end of completion of my project with Tadeo. (Never Happened) Tadeo has refused to pay the crew $2700.00 that he owes them. Those guys busted their butts giving quality work and their reward for their efforts is $000. In conclusion Do Not use Build 7 Construction. Very shady and not trustworthy As of Monday July 27th, I still have not been reimbursed for my two boxes of flooring and the three man crew have still not been paid 14 days later Tadeo, I'm sure you make your Mom proud
If I could describe the work that this company does, it'd be excellent! T is so caring, patient, and so willing to help. I'm so glad that we got to meet him and work with him. I'll always be grateful for all the help that he gave us. He and his crew have truly made a difference in our house project.
Build Seven workers performed outstanding quality work at our home and provided great customer service. If you are looking for fast and reliable service with excellent results, I highly recommend them for your construction and repair needs.
